Your waste. Our materials.

A new way to make, a better way to live

Make something new and the earth picks up the tab. Make it from waste and that bill never lands. ReFactory was built on the difference. Every product counts because every product saves.

The cost of convenience
The UK generates 200 million tons of waste a year – less than half is recycled
This is a dark age of waste, built on a golden age of convenience.
We buy, we bin, we move on — oceans choke, forests fall, metals rust, textiles rot.
Waste is the starting point

Where waste becomes resource.
Keeping virgin materials off the table.

Every product we design is built from the ground up using only recycled and recovered material, whether post-consumer plastic and textiles, the full spectrum of returned and surplus stock, or end-of-life metals and timber from industry.

Backed by MYGroup recovery systems

Through exclusive access to the recovery systems of leading circular waste management company MYGroup, ReFactory has access to one of the UK’s largest sources of recovered waste material.

The numbers
Drawing from up to 800,000 tons of recovered waste, annually.
That's twice the weight of NYC's Empire State Building.
9,000 blue whales – the largest mammal on the planet.
Or over 2,000 Boeing 747 jets.
What we’re building

The new design standard

ReFactory is building a future where regenerative design is the new normal, not the niche. We believe this method of making isn’t a compromise, but an upgrade.

Our future is one where repair, reuse, and remanufacture come before replacement. Where materials don’t just pass through the system and die, but stay in play. Where every object tells the story of something saved.

We are ReFactory, and we’ve only just begun.

Waste, reworked

Every design diverts material from landfill or incineration, but with elevated function and visible worth.

Longevity by design

We build to last and for repair. Modularity and simplicity keep materials in play and products out of the skip into the future.

Circularity in practice

This isn’t theory. It’s our supply chain, our material palette, our process. Circular from start to finish.

Responsibility and honesty

No greenwashing. No fluff. Just traceable materials, transparent processes and the will to do better.

Shared responsibility

We support other makers. We open up our methods. Because a circular future is collaborative, or it isn’t one at all.
